Will the Fallout 4 Creation Kit be similar to Skyrim's?

I'm wondering if and how similar the Fallout 4 Creation Kit will be to that of Skyrim's. Anyone have any ideas? I'm kind of new to modding, but from what I've seen so far the Skyrim Creation Kit is simple enough to work with.

Yes it will be like going from one version of photoshop to another. There will be some new buttons but the structure will be very familiar.

Agree. And it will be much more like Skyrim (scenes, etc.) than Fallout 3.

Most likely pretty close to how Skyrim works, with some new stuff that wasn't available before.

Papyrus logs indicate we can expect most of the major stuff to be the same - aliases, scenes, quests, the story manager, etc. Dialogue though, that may have changed drastically in how it's set up internally.

There are far more stock voice actors in Fallout 4 as well which I am hoping translates into more variety among added NPCs and their dialogue. No more recycling the same 5-6 male and female voices.
