My German is pretty weak but I got the gist of the video.The mods I use are: No Spoliers, Vivid Landscapes, Darkernights with nofog and Brighter settlements ( which I was surprised wasn't in the top list ) all tweaked to my personal prefs. I also use SweetFX for very subtle Ambient Occlusion which works well for me and use Nvidia CP to control for my FXAA and texture quality which improves game fidelity by a huge margin. I never tried the better blood cos I didn't think the original needed any improvement.
