Hello, I'll just go straight ahead and say the problem.

Sometimes, when starting up Fallout 4 after launch, and it gets to the black screen right before the main menu, Fallout 4 will completely freeze my PC, the only thing that's running, is the audio. Everything else is completely untouchable to move, start, alt-tab or even bringing up the task manager, the only solution is completely reboot or even it off from the power button. In addition, I don't even know how this happens.
