After installing the 1.2.37 patch, I cannot access terminals, beds, workbenches, etc. I receive the message 'you cannot use this at this time'. I also cannot speak with any NPC that is related to a quest. I went to complete a quest and the NPC's just stand there and when I attempt to speak with them, it says the are busy. Please tell me there is a fix for this seeing that the game is pretty useless at the moment.
