I the Mid morning hours of the game im getting a weird glare from the sun that washes out everything.. i cant see anything but shapes. but if i turn around the world pops back to normal. Also if i wait a few hours it goes away. any idea how to fix this?? I didnt have this issue before the patch. ALso the number pad isnt working now and guns are not switching like they used to or if they do switch the graphic for the hands is showing up but not the gun.

To be very clear i didnt have these issues before the patch.

Do you have any mods installed that might have affected the weather / sky?

no graphics mods or anything like that.. tried running it with all mods off same thing
