It seems that whenever I start my game and if the first video intro appears it will sometimes not have any sound and after I click it away to get to the main menu the music starts, but at a lowered volume than it should be.

If I start the game and the intro video does start with sound then the in game volume is how it should be. So far it seems like a random issue that happens out of nowhere when the game is started. I have all my mods disabled and the problem persists. The dialogue volumes are just too low to play the game like this.

Anyone else experiencing this?
