Hancock is stuck repeating a few lines of dialogue implying I haven't finished his quest to deal with Bobbi No Nose even though I have. I'm unable to turn in the Pickman Gallery mission or recruit him as a companion. Which means I won't be able to finish the Silver Shroud mission either I hear. I can't engage in any dialogue interaction with him at all.
