I have been unable to fast travel since killing Danse, I have tried everything suggested here and other sites.

I thought the patch would fix it but hasn't changed anything.

Was the fast travel bug addressed in the patch?

Any other suggestions?

This happened to me the other day. I reloaded older save files until fast travel worked.
I lost about 40 minutes, which isn't that bad.
