is anyone else having this issue?

after i ok'd a patch on Xbox One earlier today, no notifications show up anymore

things like my companions liking/disliking my actions, radio signals coming in, or quest stage notifications no longer show up

i checked the settings, but there's no option for them to be off anyways, so i guess its a bug

is there a fix?

its really aggravating to have no clue whats going on
