Wouldn't it be pretty cool if you could personalize your weapon by being able to give it certain designs? Maybe at least do something like divide guns into 4-5 different parts that you can give different paint jobs at the weapons workbench?

I think it'd be a neat little addition for people to put at least simple camos that they like on their guns. Make the guns feel really personal (I know I'm attached to my gatling laser!).

It may feel a little "call-of-duty-ish" to some but I think it might be worth trying out. Anyone else?

I'm not sure if anyone has ever done or seen it, but something perhaps a little bit similar to the workshop in CS:GO (although I wouldn't mind a little less sophisticated for the sake of memory space)? Each gun there is divided into about five parts. You can apply solid paint jobs or you can take a picture from google and upload it onto your gun as a design.

The picture upload, if it's too crazy, I wouldn't mind not having, but at least the solid paint job part would be neat.

Oh man you could use crystals to make bling camo. I would like to see painting on clothing and armor as well.

It came to my mind because you could paint power armor but nothing else (granted, I'm not asking that paint jobs give special bonus effects, but that wouldn't hurt either :3)
