Disappointed in the clothing variety.

Am I the only one who thinks all the dresses in the game are atrocious looking?

The suits are nice, Road Leathers and Wanderer Outfit are amazing, the rest..I don't really use much. Gunner outfits I save for settlers, but other than that..

Oddly enough, I find myself loving the "Synth Uniform", which is really rare to get, but it's just an all white outfit with the Institute insignia on the arm.

My favorite clothing outfits are Synth Clothes, Harness, and Checkered Shirt and Slacks. Everything aside from that is disappointing with the exception of companion outfits. Theres just not a lot of cool stuff to wear and ive collected every unique outfit in game save for Dezdemonas, Maxons, and Shauns outfits. (yay pick pockets)

I'm with you. Visual problems can kill a game for me. Notorious is DA:I where you have an abundance of armors who mostly look the same. I have a similar problem in Fallout however not as big. There are a lot of different clothings but all look the same: long trousers, high boots and a jacket. Wouldn't it be so difficult to create a Little bit more diversity? There could be people in shorts, with sandals or bare feet, or normal sneakers. I hope for modders.

I'd like for a majority of currently existing clothing options to work with full sets of armor. Currently, we have a ton of sets, but I don't ever wear any of them because then I have to go without armor.

It is limiting but my complaint is more with the washed out looking textures of most clothing. Yes apocalyptic world, etc, doesn't mean everything has to look as its been thrown on an infinite wash cycle for 200 years.

Other than 90% of the decent (non June Cleaver) outfits being filthy and ratty, I like the variety. Still haven't been able to figure out where to wear any of my sequined outfits though, except to build housing at my settlements, but that's mostly a larf.

BTW: Does no-one know how to sew? I can mod armor and all that stuff, but I can't darn a hole? What?
