anyone else having the problem where when you put in the game a screen comes up and says "syncing data for fallout 4". it takes about 45 minutes to sync and when it reaches 100 percent it then says "we couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now " .

it does this every time I load the game. it takes about 45 minutes every time and doesn't sync... it wont play..

PS4? My girl has one and she has had nothing but problems with it's networking since she got it. PS4 requires very fast internet connection to function properly.

Edit: have you tried turning off the cloud sync in the console settings?
