So I'm trying to build the signal interceptor and I've haven't got past the first step. I built the stabilized reflector platform and I put it down on a cleared building spot in sanctuary. However the quest won't acknowledge that I did it. I've put two down now on oppsite sides of sanctuary and have started to scrap everything besides the reflector platform. Idk if there's some secret thing you have do first inorder to complete the task or if anyone else has had this problem
