I stand corrected, my pipboy often tells me i have zero population/happiness/food/water at sanctuary. Sometimes it tells me i have 34 population somewhere and when I show up there's only 12. It can't be Bethesda without bugs :D

How do you offload your water when vendors only carry about 400-500 caps? The best I can do is clean out their ammo stock and keep it on me as alternate currency since they weigh nothing and has a minimum sell value of at least 1.

Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I have 3 water purifiers along the river in Sanctuary Hills ... and my workshop is stuck at 10 purified waters for many days. Never went over 10 so far...

If your Water Purifier has stopped producing water, remove all the water from the Workbenches.

After the water is gone from the bench that resource should start piling up again.

Another thing that can effect production of food/water is being used in a supply route.

Other than that though the water will start piling up again when you remove it, likely doing this resets some script that must have stopped or something.
