Alter doing the quest with Bobbi I decided to do some silver shroud quest,

Hankook pressed me to kill Bobbi and pay him 1000 caps.

Did more silver shroud quest and was told to meet with Hankook dressed as the silver shroud so I put on the suit and hat.

Other comment about me being the silver shroud but Hankook only has the dialogue for his own quest.

I tracked down Bobbi and he agree to run, I went back to Hankook who then was available as follower.

Shows another weakness in the idiot dialogue system as if any npc is involved it two quests at once it will be issues.
Had this before but that that was just radiant quests.

Yea, I had that happen during the Silver Shroud quest line. I had to talk to him as the Silver Shroud on 2 occasions, and he was already available as a companion.

So, all I got was the companion dialogue. Ah, you are back. Ready to head out? (or something like that). I had to ADD him as my companion and THEN I was able to select him, then select talk and then I could access the quest dialogue... *shakes head* Then I had to dismiss him again. *sigh* lol

Yes resolved this the same way.
