Ok so I've tried many obstacles and still can't shoot through none. As the perk says.

It's been some time and I thought I would get to an obstacle I can shot through eventually. But none for the past 10 hours of playing. Enemies go hide behind a street light pole or something and although some of their body parts can be shoot at and have at least 50% chance in vats, my char still insists on shooting in the obstacle. All action points wasted. And no, in this time they aren't completely retreating behind the obstacle. Even at very close range it doesn't work.

Am I doing something wrong ? is the perk bugged ?

Ok so I concluded that the perk it's totally bugged for me, even at lvl 2 and and point blank range. I saw a video on youtube on how it is supposed to work, and it's cool: https://youtu.be/JDNvL8qy5Io?t=5s
