Best Place To Sell Resources...

When you collect resources from your Workshop is there any benefits as to where they are sold... Example... Selling water to the stalls in your settlement or selling them to a vendor in Diamond City...

I'm selling them in exchange for shipments the vendors offer. You constantly need junk and raw materials. So that's definitely the better deal, since caps are pretty useless. The weapons and armors you loot are usually better than what the vendors have in stock.

I believe if you sell to one of your own stores. You will receive a small cut of the profits, since you're the owner. Other than that, seems most of the stores are the same prices, with the exception of the robots weapon store in goodneighbor which seems slightly higher to me.

That's actually rather cleaver... Selling my own resources to my own stalls so I can take a cut of the profits... I'm slightly bummed that I never explored this part of the game until now...

Connie Abernathy has slightly better prices for me in buying and selling stuff, but she still tells me to keep my eyes off her daughter!

The "cut of the profits" -thing probably works just on the number of settlers you have.

That's the thing about this game. No documentation, been all guess work, and trying. Pity the people that got F4 and don't read the forums.

One of the first things I add to settlement, beyond the basics is a trader since they often have that piece of junk you need to complete a mod or turret etc..........after that I add a clinic and bar. The bar seems to help with happiness and the settlers hang around the bar at night.

Store Income is I've been told, based on the number of unassigned settlers you have in a settlement.

Agreed. The loading screen texts help a bit, but they're no replacement for tutorials etc.

Though there is that Help-section, that's pretty much hidden in plain sight in the menu.

The venders appear to sell at the same price and can be capped with 8 charisma and cap collector 2.
