Esm flag change and load order

I remember reading in a few places that we have to remove the esm flag in the Realistic Interior Lighting mod.

-Now, do we have to all 3 of these files:
Realistic Interior Lighting.esp
Realistic Interior Lighting - OA.esp
Realistic Interior Lighting - BS.esp

-I have FO3Edit open and all the mods selected, now how do I do this?

-While I have your attention, do I need to create a new patch with this load order?
-Is the load order fine?
