I can't get the Keycards to the Labs in Vault 75 because they don't spawn and the Quest doesn't start when I enter Vault 75. I ne ver had any quest pointing to Vault 75, the only thing i did was reading a terminal @ brotherhood of steel, mentioning the vault.
