Do you really expect that any of us can answer if your PC can play BRINK, with no official specs released, based on the fact that your rig freezes in Blops MP?

We can only guess the minimum requirements based on the fact that Brink will run on the iD 4 engine. But that's about it, since there are no details released yet.
Besides, how can we give a decent answer without knowing the specs of your rig in the first place?

No, your computer is most likely completely incapable of ever playing an FPS game again, sorry for your loss. It has nothing to do with the fact that the PC version of Blops is FILLED with bugs, causing it to have a rating of 2/5 stars on amazon.

Hehe well at the very least their is consistency. SD hasn't released PC requirements and you didn't include your specs in the original post.

If you give us specs i'm sure we can speculate. Chances are if you can play black ops well enough even for 30min you should be able to play Brink.

Psh, if you take out the sarcasm, I basically said that Blops is full of issues, and a large number of people are unable to play it, thus the massive amount of low amazon ratings. Its software compatibility issues, not hardware.

It's funny that you mention Shadows post not being any help. This thread wasn't any help to us to begin with. How are we supposed to even try and answer with something half decent if the OP is so very lacking?

uhhneedanswers, if you can play BLOPS then you should be able to play Brink, main difference is BLOPS is Direct X and Brink is OpenGL, your main problem seems to be overheating, you should open your case and clean all the dust out, especially on heatsinks and fans
