My issue is pretty much in the subject line. For the second time in the days, someone has suggested that I report a post, but it doesn't seem to be possible in the mobile version. And the full version is pretty unwieldy on my phone.

Am I missing something?

It's not possible on mobile. You can switch to desktop or PM a moderator directly.
