Is that modable or would it screw up the faces upon save?
Technically, you can - you make your character, then save right before you leave Vault 111 - that way you get your chance to redo as many times as you like. So, for example, let's say you were halfway thru creation and needed to stop for some reason, you could complete the creation right there, save the game during the intro, come back, complete intro and pick up your face-making where you left off as you leave the Vault.
If you get interrupted during the second creation, I guess you're still screwed, tho.
If we're talking about little things, I'd rather see extra code used to give us visible weapons.
Hmm.. If I were to make a mod out of this, I would say that a button could be added that creates a new preset based on the current values. Then, as you are adjusting the face, you can "quicksave" your progress by quicksaving your new character by overwriting that preset until you get the character that is just right.
That way, you can legitimately spend 100 hours on character creation alone.
It's already there, to all intents and purposes, because they implemented save game profiling by using the character name you assign. It's a hidden save file, though (hidden in-game... you can see it in your saves folder but not in the game menu). This is what allows you to select which character to load a save from.
So... I can continue one game with a different character? Am I getting that right?
