I always pick it every time I have a chance, quite a lot of them are quite good and i like them a lot

Yeah I've caught some pretty hilarious responses using it. The voiced protag works really great for some of them.

I use it a lot...I also use the 'tough guy' response a lot..

I use it whenever I have the option. The only time I didn't is when I stayed in character for the Silver quest.
