I recently received a randomly generated quest from Preston Garvey to clear some gouls from a certain location. However, I had already cleared the location prior to receiving the quest. I assumed when I arrived that new gouls would be present but that was not the case. I can't find any and therefore can't find a way to complete the quest. This will drive nuts having a quest on my Pip-Boy that cannot be cleared/completed. Is there a solution to this? I'm on PC so using console commands may provide some kind of solution.
