Makes people who care about lining up multiple shops evenly, or in a merchants square, etc, really bonkers,
The obvious tier 3 shop differences are no issue - e.g. They are taller, so while odd that all other shop objects were perfectly designed to fit within 1x1x1 cube wall/floor tile volume, the tier 3 shops pole just above the vertical cube volume, but i can live with excluding tier 3 shops from middle floors of internal buildings.
But I am talking about a perfectly flat surface, like sanctuary razed home foundation - with not a single object within 2x2 entire floor tile space - basically clear space in every x, y, z direction for 2+ tiles distance.
Yet a tier 3 shop cant just be placed down - it seems to obstruct over parts of some invisible lines everywhere. Even on perfectly fly surfaces, floors, or foundations put down. I end up designing how my overall shop market will be laid out in order to reasonably line up and even space the stalls based on these restrictions, than let my imagination lay out design, and then place shops accordingly.
Good example of what I am talking about is sanctuary, razed home foundation next to workbench house. With it entirely clear, you can place tier 2 shops in any position and angle on that flat surface. But a tier 3 shop has lots of red zones that limit where and what angle it is placed. Lining up two tier3 shops evenly is possible but needs specific layout chore and trial/error.
