As some of you guys know the songs and musics in the radio are actual real music in our past. it is quite interesting that how the music during that time in compare to modern music.sometime really make me wonder are we living in the same world.

My mother was born in 1927 and she had me later in life when she was 44. My brother and sisters are much older than me. Anyway, we are a very musical family. Lot's of singing and that kind of thing and I was in a band for almost 17 years. Growing up my mother would sing or play the record of almost all the songs from Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

I remember when I first played the game how my wife was amazed that I new almost all of the music. That's one of the things that completely hooked me on Fallout. There's nothing like roaming around the Mojave while Big Iron and Johnny Guitar is playing in the background. There's something very peaceful about it, Deathclaws, Radscorpions, Ant's and all. Hey! That reminds me, I haven't seen any ants in FO4 yet.

I connected with the game immediately in large part because of the music. My wife didn't think they were real songs. She's quite a bit younger than me and not in to music at all and never heard any of those songs. She thought they were made up for the game. There was one song in New Vegas that I didn't know so I looked it up and iirc it was not released but available for use through licensing or something like that? I can't quite remember. Going Under Getting Over You.
