I have spent an embarrassingly large amount of time trying to get up the last level of the built out ship with Wire at the top. I can't find another ladder up and the only door is to the Captain's Cabin. Any tips?

If memory serves (just did this a couple of days ago), you have to enter the cabin. There's an opening (or door, can't remember), which takes you out to the upper balcony. Around the back is the ladder leading to the top part of the "ship".

I think there is a ladder in the upper room of the boat that leads to a trap door on the balcony area. I've been there twice now but for the life of me I don't recall any special trick to it.
