I was having no problems personally until I installed this update the other day.

As soon as its finished I sign on my character and immediately start having issues. The dialogue box doesn't show up over anything I want to interact with besides talking to people

(cant look into boxes/ chests or loot, doesnt list item names in general) Not to mention the other issue that I dont see the names or health of enemies even in V.A.T.S.

Everyday just signing in hoping the issues are brought to light and are finally fixed! I do hope they fix them soon. It is a huge pain to play like this.
