I find that I keep getting complacent...I get through some complex and challenging part of the game, end up with great new weapons and armour. Then I'm like...ha! nothing better get in my way, and I get killed by dogs or bloatfly or something. Very humbling.

Level 28 here and the last time I died was getting hit by a raider's pool cue. It was after a firefight, but still.
