I didn't invent anything Todd Howard said that in a interview go look it up.

Really.. I don't want to wait THAT long for TES6(haha like I really have a choice though but..) but this means the company is growing, so that's good for us fans.
Hey they might make a good game for a change!
That's great news. I'll go take a peek at their studios when I have the chance. (The exterior building at least)
Maybe they'll work on Fallout 4 DLCs for now? Looking at Bethesda's job page, the current open positions for Montreal say they're looking for people to "join our team that is pushing the bleeding-edge of RPG development for the PC and consoles."
It's Quebec's government actually. They give a 30% tax credit for a single game's production value and 37.5% if there's a french version. It's huge and it's why Montreal is home to many big studios.
Why not. A new Engine based upon Gamebryo would still theoretically give us the same ability to mod our games, assuming they work out the bugs and ensure modding is still viable. Which another team can fully work on without any impact on the current Beth workload.
I would like Bethesda Game Studios to use Unreal Engine 4 or develop their own brand new video game engine from scratch from the ground up for The Elder Scrolls VI, but at this point is it necessary?
Bethesda Game Studios has made massive improvements and rewrites the the Gamebryo Engine with the Creation Engine from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to Fallout 4. PC gamers are saying that the PC version of Fallout 4 in the Fallout 4 General Discussions forum that the PC version of Fallout 4 is incredibly well optimized, there are still very few if not rare Crashes to Desktop (CTD's), FPS drops, but it seems like Fallout 4 is one of Bethesda Game Studios' most optimized video game ever.
The Creation Engine for Fallout 4 uses Physically Based Rendering (PBR), Volumetric Lighting, and at least the PC version of Fallout 4 has DirectX 11 support and a 64-bit .exe support according to Gstaff and some PC gamers who are modders.
Also there's this AMD Radeon graphics card picture I saw about one month after Fallout 4 released for sale saying that by 2016 Fallout 4, DOOM, and Dishonored will be getting DirectX 12 support or DirectX 12 added in a update.
If the PC version and Xbox One version of Fallout 4 does get DirectX 12 support this will be very good as well.
does anyone know what the sales were for Redguard and Battlepsire over on GoG? perhaps if they sold well, maybe this studio would be working on more TES Legends and Adventures titles..
In their latest quarterly financial report gog.com said that ever since August 2015 when ZeniMax Media Inc. and Bethesda Softworks joined gog.com to sell their video games they said that for 2015 their revenue has increased it's biggest ever since 2008 when gog.com has existed and bigger than all of 2014.
So I would say An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire and The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard is selling incredibly well, minus An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire I think The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard is selling every moth A LOT of copies because gog.com PC gamers love to purchase their singleplayer only RPG video games like candy.
Agreed, there's so much I can do with Gamebryo these days. It makes me sad they shifted to Havok animation with the creation engine.
The engine wasn't going to be long term anyway, they said it was going to be for three games(5, FO4 and 6). I actually like the Creation Engine(but I didn't like the departure from various modeling stuff).
That is a shame. They're a lot of fun, very comedic, and at times there can be challenging puzzles.
Play them in sequence when you do.
