Veronica will NOT follow me anywhere no matter what I try, I completed her quest, at the end when the Brotherhood guys jump you, she just stands outside no matter what I tell her do, I even broke party with her went back to the 188 to get her back again, she still just stays there and will not follow me despite being in my party, even if I go inside somewhere, or fast travel somewhere, she stays put.

One of the reasons to keep plenty of saves.
Reloading a previous save to where her ai works and go on from there...yea its a pain but it happens...
ED-E has gotten stuck 1-2 times for me.
