I posted this in the Doom forum as well, but I want to bring in all of the deathmatch starved stragglers that end up wandering here. Every so often I see a post like "do people still play this online?" and the answer is a resounding yes, but there are now few enough of us that we should have a central, easily accessible location that makes it easy to instantly drop into a deathmatch game with other interested folks. A Steam group seemed perfect for this, so I made one that's public for this very purpose. My hope is people will treat the group chat like a bat-signal to see if anyone is interested in a match of some variety and instantly get answers one way or the other.
