I'm running SkyRE and Elys Uncapper. Today, I was checking my skill tree and noticed Destruction was at 100, and the progress bar was full. I went wolf hunting and killed a couple critters with Flame, but never got the notice that Destruction had leveled. I checked the skill tree again, and the progress bar had rolled over, but the skill was still at 100.

I went thru the SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini and did some tweaking and reloaded the save just prior to rolling over the progress bar, but the skill still wont roll over to 101.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it?
