Why are we stuck at version 1.09 ? So that we can see other region except us have fixes that even we need ? So that we are stucked with bugs and glitches that other region have already had a fix. Not even the day 1 patch ( Ver 1.01) is out for us. Why can't you even send an individual to reply to us Bethesda ? No updates at all! NOTHING!
