Every time I've built a house (and it happens in all three locations), I get hostiles ambushing me as I arrive and depart. It's generally wolves and spiders - but Lakeview has a giant that happens sometimes.

Lately, I've started just using the console to markfordelete whatever hostiles attack. I'm basically just curious if I'm the only one experiencing this?
