Anyone else's game seem choppier since patch? : Fallout 4

I'm on XBOX One and ever since the Dec 9th patch, which was supposed to improve performance, has actually made my game worse. Is it unplayable? No. It just seems to stutter more. Like when you're walking there are these very slight pauses.

Might be a thing for the Xbox version, Im on the PS4 and I haven't notice that issue.

Hopefully when my external SSD comes in it will help alot?

it seems smoother on PC

I could finally up my shadow distance from 3.000 to at least 6.000 without getting terrible framedrops, where I got them before the patch ^_^
