The Gauss Rifle Damage Bug!

So i finally got an Instigating Gauss Rifle on my level 67 character but guess what , the damage when it's fully modded is only 224 and there are people with a NORMAL gauss rifle fully modded that has 500+ damage. Then i bought a normal gauss rifle to see if i can mod it fully to get high damage but it was only at 190 now. My Rifleman,Bloody Mess and Lone Wanderer are all max btw.

With just bloody mess, rifleman, and lone wanderer perks, it should put a fully upgraded gauss rifle into the 500s for damage. That doesn't include any drugs or other perks. A two shot version shows a bit over 800 with those same perks. There's no reason why the damage should be this low without it being a bug.For some reason, my fully modded gauss rifle does lesser damage than my fully modded overseers guardian

Anyone else with this issue ?

Oh and i know this is off topic but im on Ps4 for Fallout 4 and also from Region 3 which means ASIA.

We haven't even recieved the 1.01 patch yet and 1.02 is already out . Please look into this !

Could be the difficulty setting affecting the damage?

Damage modifiers for difficulty are applied during the actual damage calculation for an individual hit. It doesn't affect the number displayed on the Pip-Boy.

Something tells me that it was included in the day 1 patch which is 1.01 but of course us Region 3s haven't gotten it yet.
