I installed a new ssd today, installed windows 7 on it and nothing microsoft related will install.

Microsoft .NET framework will not install. It downloads, but absolutely will not go through the install process.

Windows Update, will not pick up any updates, I tried disk clean up in safe mode, ran as administrator, you name it, will not find updates.

Microsoft Security Essentials will not update, will not find any updates.

Everything else downloads and updates just fine such as Malwarebytes, etc. However if trying to install anything that needs to install anything Microsoft related like GeForce Experience, the install will halt at when it tries to install .NET framework. I tried also manually installing it as well.

Never seen experienced anything like this before with computers. I have no idea what to do either.

Oh I also reinstalled Windows 7 on the new ssd twice, and did a full disk clean re partition in command prompt at the windows install interface. I have been at it for hours trying to diagnose what is going on right now.
