Third rank of Inspirational Leader is suppose to add carry weight to our followers but my follower still has the same cap of 150 lbs. I also dismissed them and re-recruited them and it stayed the same. I need this for non-human followers since they cant wear deep pocket armor. This was the only reason I wasted 3 levels on this Perk.....
