Or the invulnerable Ricky Dalton to be precise.
He popped up in West Boston, but was already hostile and cannot be killed. He's now appeared in Vault 81 with and is still invulnerable and is running around making all the residents go mental.
Whats the point of him, is he supposed to be part of some quest?

Seems he can glitch out and start randomly attacking if the mini quest involving him dying or not doesn't start.
Guess I'm going to avoid West Boston as I'm not inclined to have him start following me around.
I think I can across him in an earlier playthrough but killed him, cannot remember if it was him or not.
Anyone else seen him?

Yup, saw him fighting with a raider near the arom cats place. I killed the raider but then Ricky started to attack me. I put him down but couldn't kill him so I just ran away. He appear mid conversation with someone in the atom cats garage and now they just keep shooting him. Hopefully they can keep him there for the rest of the game
