That thing is crazy. I saw one sitting around the atom cats base. And just took it. It is the weakest version of T60 armor though. Which is what pisses me off.

My understanding is that it's only weak because it's not upgraded. The first mod slot on any Power Armor piece is used to upgrade it's stats. So if the Power Armor is weak, take it to a Crafting Station and start upgrading it.

Do they give you one or did i buy the paint and just paint any t-60. I saw one i could steal but didn't steal it as I was with someone higher and mightier than everyone else. svcks it wont go on x-01 even if you buy the rights to the paint job.
