Ok I finished the Silver Shroud quest, using Psycho Jet to slow down time to kill the guy guarding Kent Connolly and he has gone back to his studio. Now he says that he can't do the armor upgrades yet and I'd read somewhere online that he might be bugged into never giving you the upgrades. I myself was level 50 when I finished the quest and it said that the last upgrade for the Silver Shroud costume was at level 45. Does that mean I missed out on the upgrades? Did having Hancock with me during that quest bug me out? Or am I just being paranoid and not waiting enough time for him to get back on the air and do the upgrades? In which case how long does it take for Kent Connolly to get back on the air and tell me that his upgrades are ready?

Any and all information would be extremely helpful.

Yes its bugged, if you didnt upgrade it before 45. There is a mod on nexus that supposedly fixes it if you are on pc.

Hmm, I am pretty sure I was well above 45 by the time I upgraded mine. I only got a single upgrade though, is there more? I might have finished the quest before 45 though and just never got around to upgrading it until after that.

What is the maximum damage reduction that the Silver shroud armor gives you? I'm wondering it if is leveled along with you when you pick it up meaning my base set was at max value. Right now the set I have has 42-48 (can't remember precisely) ballistic and energy resistance.

If I recall correctly, which I may not be. Mine had that at the start, but then upgraded to maybe the 70s.
