Hi all,

Anyone have an idea of how long it would take to complete most quests? I know the game goes on for as long as you like. Just curious. 100 hours? 300?

I completed most of the major quests and did a fair amount of exploring (maybe about 70% of all locations) around 110 hours or so. If you ignore settlement building all together, I'd say around 90 - 100.

I'm about 150 hours in now and I'm just improving my settlements and exploring areas on that map that appear to not have as many found locations on them. I haven't ran into many quests during this time, though.

I think - and this is just my opinion - that there is no way we can give you a number that means anything. There are just so many ways to play this game. Some players explore every nook and cranny as they go through quests, some players fast travel from quest to quest; some players spend a lot of time gathering or crafting, some players never gather or craft; some players do a lot of Radiant Quests, some players only do them if they are absolutely required; some players listen to all the conversations in the game, some players click through every conversation as fast as they can.

You could probably probably finish the main quest in a few hours, if you rushed it. I imagine the same goes for most guild ques lines as well. I've never bothered to keep track of the time I spent finishing quests - the idea of doing so does not interest me at all.
