So I need some serious help. I am at the bunker hill quest on the xbox one and I am to meet father at the CIT ruins. But when I go inside CIT the bottom literally drops out. The floor goes missing and I fall aimlessly into the planet. I have googled the mess out of it and have found nothing. I tried deleting saves. Reloading to an old save. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game but nothing. Please help.

Have you tried the hardware and software forum and googled the fault online. I've had nothing like that.

What platform - I just did that quest last night and the CIT was fine. no weirdness. I can move this to a hardware/software forum if you let me know which platform you experience this issue on
