Preston is currently residing in Sanctuary Hills and tells me there is a settlement that needs help, it turns out it is Sanctuary Hills. I start looking around for the one settler who knows what is going on and cant find them. Checking the map I find the quest marker takes me out to the middle of nowhere. Hoofing it out to the marker I find a nvde settler body at a check point on a dam with all their gear on them but not equipped. Obviously the corpse isn't very forth coming with the quest details. This has happened three or four times now where Preston sends me out to stare at this dead body. Is this some secret Pickman related quest or is anybody else having this problem?
