Some quests are still not completing after PC Update

Is this something also that Bethesda is looking at to fix? I've noticed in the update post they have fixed at least 2 quests not completing, and there are several more that do not complete that I noticed,

that are not in that update post, that should be looked at.

Spoiler
In the Cambridge Polymer Labs Quest, you are required to get the Piezonucleic chest plate to complete the quest.

It does not matter if I pick up every single sample tube, scan regeants, load the regeants, and run it.

And no matter what combinations I try, when I pick up the chest piece, I get the message "Complete the research project" but no checkmark appears to say to me that I have successfully completed that quest. And if I do the optional part of the quest, once everything is over with, it will say I failed the Polymer Labs Quest when in fact I have the Piezonucleic chest piece in my inventory.

Also, the quest with the super mutants on that tower, I forget the name of it now, but, the human NPC character does not move once he is on the tower elevator. He just stands there and does nothing.

I have made a post in the bug thread on page 8, but if anyone from Bethesda can take a look at my post history, you will see my bug report to you guys about many, many issues with Fallout 4 that I have personally had, and would kindly ask that you have a look.

Thank you.

>>> Cambridge Polymer Labs Quest <<<

That must be a bug. There are people that have comlpeted the quest successfully, and some not. (for unknown reasons)

It seems that the quest completes itself, it's only the quest log where it says it is failed.

On Fallout 4 steam forums, a user stated that Beth has confirmed that BUG. !!!
