Hello, apologies in advance if this issue was already addressed, trying searching through everything and still couldnt find this exact issue.

So I am some crazy odd hours into this game, loving it so far and luckily havent encountered anything truly game breaking... until now

So I visited and cleared LPB some time ago and now I am back on a certain quest for a certain faction and need to ride the elevator down. Unfortunately the elevator is permanently stuck. The light for the button is flickering and I have tried transferring power via the terminal anyway, but to no avail. Once I press the button on the inside of the elevator the announcer will say "going down" but nothing happens and the elevator does not move. I also tried reloading a previous save before starting the quest and going to LPB... the issue unfortunately still persists.

I have tried fast travelling away and coming back, transferring power via terminal, closing doors/not closing doors... nothing seems to work, and now I cant progress in the story mission due to this.
