Hi,

I have done some sidequest for Hancock, now in the "Various" quest I have a quest that says, "back to Hancock".
I go to Hancock and nothing happen, he says that is ready to go with me but nothing happen and sidequest is not unlocked, is this a glitch?

Happened to me as well. Just add him as your companion and THEN talk to him, you can then talk to him about quest related stuff.
