I woke up this morning not knowing where the hell my character was and not remembering the last few quests I'd been doing because I was kinda drunk when I was playing last night. The thing is that I woke up today and my character has t-51 power armor in his inventory and I have no idea where I picked it up. I guess I was too drunk to remember finding power armor.

The problem is that I only have the helmet, torso, right leg, and left leg. I'm missing the right and left arm. Did my drunken self forget to pick up the right arm and left arm or does power armor come in pieces spread around the map? Or does it always come in a set?

I need to know if I need to retrace my steps and find the rest of the power armor or if it is normal to find power armor in just pieces and I'll find the rest somewhere else? Idk.

Maybe next time I won't get so drunk while I play. I feel like it's the hangover movie but for a video game instead. Lol

Sometimes you find a full set but most of the time in my experience it comes incomplete as with your current set.

You found it at a stronghold. If you work with Brotherhood of steel that's the first mission you do and you end up finding the armor in a abandoned house. And you found it in one piece. Not parts. The missing parts were meant to be

I've found parts of a set at pre-war military check points from time to time. I don't recall ever coming across a full set of any type before other then the set the BoS gives you for joining.

And I can relate to drunk playing heh. Been there, done that. Played Skyrim once while drunk and found my character standing on the shore near the Collage of Winterhold. I vaguely recalled falling into some sort of pit but figured I might have dreamed the whole thing. Until about a month or so later I came across "Sightless Pit" with another character. Man those falmer were tough. I don't know how I managed to make it out of there drunk lol

Still slighlty drunk I woke up today and loaded last save to find my character wearing a full set of X01 power armour and carrying a gattling laser. Don't know where I got either of them. I know that the gattling laser can be bought the BOS but I haven't done any of the BOS missions.
