Hi all, I'm to the point where I can end the game siding with the minutemen and have both Brotherhood and Railroad frindly to me.

Questions are:

1) Can I keep doing minutemen, BoS and railroad radiant quests?

2) Which patrols do I have around the commonwealth? I still have vertibird with BoS member around?

3) If I don't side with minutemen I will miss some settlement around the world?

1 yes you can do all radiant quests.

2 You will get BoS patrols at least until the faction is destroyed. I have also run into minutemen postings around.

3 some settlements might only join you with an minuteman quest, you could however kill everybody this let you claim it.

I believe you need to avoid PAM in the RR though as she gives a radiant quest that might cause problems with the BoS.
